Event-Specific Plan
Do you have a specific, one-off event that you’re training for? Work with James to design a training plan for your event, schedule, and abilities.
After an initial consultation, your X-week plan will be created, from day 1 through to event day. Minor refinements can be made within the first week and then at week 4 to keep you on track.
